Official Open Golf Championship Hospitality

Southport Golf Tours is pleased to offer official Open Golf Hospitality at The Open Championship allowing you to entertain within the official hospitality village on the golf course itself. This offers you immediate access to the whole course. Hospitality is normally sold out quickly – so book you package now.

Located on the Championship golf course, the Official Tented Village is the perfect setting for your day at The Open. The official hospitality will all be located in the heart of the action and just a short walk to the 1st tee and 18th green. The Official Open Golf Hospitality Club Restaurant, VIP Club Suite and The Private Chalets will be located in our new double deck structure overlooking Royal Lytham's 15th Fairway. The Champions Club will be located in the main tented village.

There will be no public admittance to the official hospitality facilities over the Championship and access to these exclusive facilities will only be available by pre-booking below.

You may book official hospitality facilities at Royal Lytham now and you will be asked to pay a small deposit to secure your order. Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, ebanking or cheque and vat invoices will be issued. Balance payments will be requested 3 months prior to the Championship and again a choice of payment methods will be offered.

The Official Open Golf Champions Club – Value Package

The new CHAMPIONS CLUB located in the heart of The Open Championship Hospitality village. Ideal for keen golfers and those on a budget. Facilities are also available on final Practice Day - Wednesday 18th July 2012.

Great Prices for all days!  An affordable package on the course located in the heart of The Official Tented Village offering reserved places and reserved tables for the day on each of the four days of the Championship and Final Practice Day. There will be no public admittance on the day and you must reserve your places in advance.

The Official Open Golf Hospitality Club Restaurant

THE OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY CLUB is a luxury restaurant offering reserved places and reserved tables for the day on each of the four Championship days. Located in the heart of the action on The Championship Course.

A luxury dining restaurant located on the course in the Official Tented Village offering official hospitality with reserved places and reserved tables for the day on each of the four days of the Championship. There will be no public admittance on the day and access only by pre-booking your places to this exclusive facility.
The Open Golf Hospitality Club restaurant will be on the ground floor of the new two tier facility overlooking the 15th fairway.

The Official Open Golf Hospitality VIP Club Suite

THE CLUB SUITE IS THE PREMIER PACKAGE in the Hospitality Village at Royal Lytham, hosted in a specially designed, intimate club-style facility on the 15th fairway, with an 'a la carte' menu running throughout the day. Follow your favourite player on the links and then retire to the comfort and sanctuary of our Club Suite, with informal areas for eating and relaxing throughout the day. Guests will get an opportunity to hear from a sporting great at some point during the day, get their autograph or pose for pictures.

The Official Open Golf Hospitality Club Suite will be located on the top floor of the new two tier structure overlooking the 15th fairway and providing exceptional glass fronted raised views of the action.

Choose from the a la carte menu and return at leisure throughout the day to graze from our scrumptious tapas style menu selection. The food will be inspired by Lancashire's wealth of flavoursome produce. The executive chef will take traditional dishes and serve them with a contemporary twist. A full wine list with Champagne and a fully stocked bar is available included within the cost throughout the day.

Prices are per person and are exclusive of VAT. A Deposit of £99+vat per person is required to secure booking.

Private Chalets

In addition, Private Chalets for 30, 50 or more guests are available for booking.
